Aditi Mukund

Hello, I’m Aditi Mukund, an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Gurugram, India, with over three years of experience in mental health settings. I hold an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Clinical and Applied Psychology. I work with individuals navigating mood and anxiety concerns, primarily using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I also have experience working with psychosis, conducting psychological assessments, and supporting families to improve understanding and communication. I work from a queer-affirmative lens and have significant experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, while being mindful of the unique challenges that can arise in these experiences. I see therapy as a collaborative process. We take the time to understand your experiences, make sense of what’s been difficult, and work towards changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
