I am deeply grateful for my experience with Saniya. From the very first session, I felt heard, understood, and safe. Her calm presence, empathy, and thoughtful guidance helped me gain clarity and strength during a phase when I truly needed it. Therapy here feels like a journey of self-growth rather than just problem-solving. Highly recommended to anyone looking for genuine healing and emotional balance.
I’m truly grateful to have found Dr. Saniya Bedi. From the very first session, she made me feel safe, heard, and understood without any judgment. She has a rare ability to listen deeply and gently guide you to your own clarity rather than imposing solutions. Her approach is calm, compassionate, and practical. She helps you untangle overwhelming thoughts, understand emotional patterns, and feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life. Each session leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself. If you’re looking for a therapist who is empathetic, insightful, and genuinely invested in your healing journey, I would highly recommend Dr. Saniya Bedi.
I want to thank Dr. Saniya for putting so much time and energy in creating a safe space during sessions. Her sessions has really healed me and I can see the changes in my life.
Had Saniya as my therapist during one of the toughest phases of my life, and her sessions consistently left me feeling lighter, supported, and genuinely understood. She’s incredibly patient, kind, and warm.. the kind of therapist you naturally return to because her presence itself feels grounding. Saniya has helped me process so much, and her guidance has had a truly positive impact on my overall wellbeing.
I’ve been attending Saniya’s sessions for a while now, and I truly appreciate the safe and non-judgmental space created each time. My therapist listens with patience, asks the right questions, and helps me untangle thoughts I’ve struggled with for years. I’ve noticed progress in how I manage my emotions and communicate in relationships. Grateful for the guidance, tools, and genuine care. I feel supported and heard. Highly recommend.
Being a part of group supervision by Saniya felt like sitting in a gentle breeze - steady, grounding, and warm. There was something incredibly safe about the space she held. A space where curiosity replaced judgment, where silence wasn’t awkward, and where even the icky, uncomfortable parts of our growth as therapists found room to breathe. What I cherished most was how supervision became a mirror - one that gently reflected not just our work with clients, but our own patterns, fears, and hopes as therapists still finding our rhythm. Thank you Saniya for being an amazing supervisor!
Over the past year, I have received clinical supervision from Dr. Sania Bedi, and this experience has been deeply valuable to my learning and growth as a therapist. Her humanistic–existential approach has helped me develop a stronger understanding of case conceptualisation, especially in identifying key emotional themes and paying attention to what clients may be communicating beyond words. Through supervision, Dr. Bedi has supported me in working with more complex and challenging cases. She has helped me better understand clients’ needs and improve my attunement, pacing, and presence in therapy. This guidance has brought meaningful changes to the way I now engage with clients in my clinical work. An important part of her supervision is the focus on self-reflection. She has helped me become more aware of my own biases, privileges, and experiences of transference and countertransference. The readings and resources she suggests have been practical and relevant, supporting both theory and practice. Overall, supervision with Dr. Bedi has helped me grow not only as a professional but also as an individual. I am very grateful for her thoughtful guidance and the supportive learning space she creates.
We had the privilege of inviting Dr. Saniya for a session at the MHFI Career Fair on understanding the challenges and realities of the therapy room. Her presence brought so much wisdom, depth, and practical insight for psychology students and therapists. Our participants left feeling inspired, more confident, and grateful for the meaningful tools and perspectives she shared. Looking forward to many more meaningful collaborations ahead. ✨
I've known Saniya for a few years. Tried a session or two before but never really committed. Then at some point something in me said , kay, enough. Let's actually do this. I signed up for 10 sessions straight. First few sessions, honestly? I wasn't sure. She doesn't feel like a "typical therapist," and at the time I didn't know if that was a good thing. She talks to you like a real person, shares things from her own life, and you're sitting there thinking... Wait, am I just chatting here? Am I even doing therapy right now? I remember feeling like I was just ranting and nothing was really happening. And then slowly, without me even realising it, things started changing. A small note after each session. A question that would stay with me for days. She helped me get okay with not having all the answers. She worked on how I see myself, helped me figure out where I was right and where I wasn't, and showed me how to actually move through my thoughts instead of drowning in them. It felt like learning to slide on ice after spending years trying to fight it. By session 9, I was already a different person. I genuinely didn't see it coming. I put in the work too, did the homework, showed up every time. But she created the space for that work to actually mean something. It touched everything, how I see myself, how I deal with people, how I show up at work every single day. If you're someone who's lost, a bit confused, wants to do better but doesn't even know where to start or why, she's worth every rupee. I came in not knowing what I was looking for and left knowing exactly who I'm becoming. I'm genuinely grateful :)
