Currently working in the Psychiatry Department at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital — one of India's topmost Central Government hospitals — in collaboration with the Institute of Public Health, as Mental Health Consultant, alongside the Head of Department. Here, I deliver in-depth psychological assessments, one-on-one therapeutic counselling, and clinical case formulation for patients with complex mental health needs. I also train and supervise community health workers in evidence-based interventions like CST and DRILL, lead community mental health psychoeducation, and drive a PRISMA-guided systematic review — bringing together elite clinical exposure, real community impact, and rigorous research at the highest level. I have also clinically interned at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, a Government of Delhi hospital, within the psychiatry and psychology departments, conducting Mental Status Examinations and detailed case documentation with a patient-centered, rights-based approach.
