I believe that real change begins with awareness and acceptance. Therapy is about having a space where you don't have to perform or meet any expectations, a space where you can simply be—bringing the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of your life into the room. Once we lay everything out, we work as a team. Together, we’ll figure out where you want to go and map out the practical steps to get you there at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Hi, I am Mithila Sunilkumar. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from TISS and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from MAHE. I have an experience of 30+ client-seeing hours and work mainly with adults (18+) who are navigating the everyday weight of life. You might find a good fit here if you are: - Feeling stuck; trying to figure out who you are, what you want, or where you're heading - Looking to change self-destructive patterns - Feeling constantly overwhelmed, stressed, or overthinking - Going through low moods, feeling emotionally drained or hopeless - Going through relationship issues, breakup, or experiencing academic/work stress. As a young queer therapist early in my career, I don't sit above you as a wise owl, who has life all figured out. Being part of this generation means I genuinely get the pressures of modern life—from hustle culture, cultural mismatch with your own family and existential dread to modern dating and identity shifts. You won't have to spend half your session translating your world to me; I already speak your language.
