Sara Javaid

I'm a postgraduate student of Clinical Psychology with a background in neuroscience and neuropsychology, and hands-on experience across clinical, community, and applied training settings. My work has included individual and co-counselling, psychological assessments, Mental Status Examinations, and case formulation, with training in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches. I've also facilitated psychoeducation and emotional-regulation programs for children and adolescents, and I'm currently conducting individual counselling sessions while completing my master's research on attachment and personality. I approach every client with empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to building a safe, non-judgemental space for growth.
